We’re up ten of the last eleven weeks, so obviously the animal spirits are alive and kicking until they stop kicking.
The last couple of days have been a big exhale because of the China news. The volume in the SPX and the QQQ’s have been good too, granted the news has been good, but we’re also in the season where many traders are hammered by 2PM at the bar. Usually, you see the market moving on lighter volume this time of year.
I scaled out of 2/3 CRNC today because earnings are out in the morning. I also added AGIO as a new long.
If you are over 50 you may remember the video below. Remember Burt Sugarman’s “The Midnight Special”? It was horrendously heinous TV and the video below is from 1974. MTV didn’t start until 1981. So bad, but Train Kept a Rollin was a classic and still is.
