Futures are lifting this morning. The rise came after heavy losses for U.S. markets on Wednesday, which left the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite in negative territory for the year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down around 242 points, or roughly 2%.
Data on the latest weekly jobless claims are due at 8:30 a.m. ET, along with February’s consumer-price index. After that the Federal Reserve will release figures on industrial production for February and the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank will issue its report on economic activity in the Philadelphia area.
Have an amazing day and good trading.
