{+++}The story today on our sheets was AIG, it triggered short and got hammered, we took a third position off for a profit of almost 4 points. I moved the stop to $31. In essence we have a free trade, if we get stopped on the balance it’s still a profit of +2.50 on the balance. If you want to be tighter or a little “looser” on the stop feel free. I kept some overnight as well and am hoping for a continuation lower, we’ll see what the morning brings.
When momentum “hot stocks” turn cold damage can be dramatic and swift. Hopefully for us they will take it to the woodshed.
AGU, MOS and FCX are still hanging around but FCX is getting close to a stop. I am moving the stop down a bit becuase the daily chart is still in great shape. If the dollar rallies all bets are off anyway.
On the short side, MCO is about flat and GT is doing well.
Also keep a close eye on TSTC, I like how it’s been acting, 13.80 is the breakout area, if it breaks out on good volume 16 t0 17 is my target.
